These Terms govern use of Frest Marketing Connector, a private tool operated solely for the owner of Frest Art.
Authorized use
The connector may be used only by the owner of Frest Art and only with Google accounts, Google Analytics properties, and Google Ads accounts that the owner is authorized to access. The connector is not offered to the public, customers, employees, or unrelated third parties.
Connector functions
The connector may read Google Analytics and Google Ads data, prepare reports, support diagnostics, and perform advertising changes that the owner explicitly requests or authorizes through a limited automation workflow. Access is governed by the permissions granted through Google OAuth.
Owner responsibilities
The owner is responsible for:
- Reviewing requested Google permissions before granting consent.
- Protecting the Google Account, device, OAuth client, and local credentials.
- Ensuring that advertising instructions, budgets, destinations, creative assets, and data uses are lawful and accurate.
- Reviewing material advertising changes and monitoring account performance and spend.
- Revoking access when the connector is no longer needed.
Prohibited use
The connector may not be used to access an account without authorization, evade Google policies, misrepresent identity or intent, distribute Google user data, or provide access to the connector as a public or multi-user service without first updating these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the OAuth configuration.
Availability and accuracy
The connector depends on Google APIs, local software, network access, OAuth credentials, and other service providers. Availability is not guaranteed. Reports and recommendations may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by API definitions, attribution models, quotas, account configuration, or data latency. The owner remains responsible for final business and advertising decisions.
Suspension and termination
The owner may stop using the connector at any time by revoking Google Account access, removing local credentials, or disabling the OAuth client. Access may also stop if Google revokes credentials, changes API requirements, or detects a security or policy issue.
Privacy
Use of Google user data is governed by the Privacy Policy for Frest Marketing Connector.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the connector's features, authorized users, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are made.
