Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Frest Marketing Connector accesses, uses, stores, and shares information received through Google APIs. The connector is a private tool used solely by the owner of Frest Art and is not available to the general public.

Google data accessed

The connector requests only the Google permissions needed for its stated functions:

  • Google Analytics read-only access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly) to retrieve reports from the owner's Google Analytics 4 property. This may include aggregated traffic, engagement, event, acquisition, conversion, device, location, and campaign-attribution data.
  • Google Ads access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to retrieve advertising account information and, when authorized by the owner, manage advertising resources such as campaign status, budgets, bids, keywords, ads, assets, and related settings.

The connector does not request Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, payment-card, or unrelated Google Account data.

How Google data is used

Google data is used only to:

  • Prepare advertising and analytics reports for the owner.
  • Diagnose campaign performance, attribution, traffic quality, and conversion tracking.
  • Carry out advertising changes requested or previously authorized by the owner.
  • Verify completed changes and maintain a private operational audit history.
  • Monitor limited owner-approved automation workflows.

Google user data is not used to build advertising profiles for third parties, determine creditworthiness, sell data, or provide a public data service.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored only in the owner's controlled environment. Google Ads credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. Google Analytics Application Default Credentials are stored in a local file protected by restricted operating-system permissions.

API responses are generally processed on demand. Limited report summaries, decisions, resource identifiers, before-and-after values, and operational records may be stored in private local files for auditing, troubleshooting, and future optimization. The connector is designed not to place OAuth secrets in project files or public repositories.

The owner is responsible for maintaining the security of the computer, Google Account, OAuth project, and local credential stores used by the connector.

Service providers and sharing

The connector communicates with Google APIs to perform its functions. Data returned by the connector may also be processed through the owner's Codex environment and OpenAI services solely to carry out the owner's requested analysis and actions, subject to the applicable OpenAI terms and the owner's selected data controls.

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties. Information may be disclosed only when required by law, to protect the owner's rights or security, or to service providers strictly necessary to operate the connector under appropriate terms.

Data retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained until the owner revokes access, replaces the credentials, or deletes them. Locally stored operational summaries are retained for the owner's business records until the owner deletes them.

The owner may stop access at any time by:

  • Revoking Frest Marketing Connector in the Google Account connections page.
  • Removing the OAuth credentials from the owner's local credential stores.
  • Disabling or deleting the OAuth client in the owner's Google Cloud project.
  • Requesting deletion of locally stored connector records by contacting buichithanhfh03@gmail.com.

Revoking access prevents future API access but does not automatically delete records that the owner is legally or operationally required to retain.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Frest Marketing Connector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the connector's functionality or data practices change. The effective date at the top of the policy will be revised when material changes are made. Any new use of Google user data will be disclosed before it is implemented.
